Request a licence variation

This form should only be completed by the licence holder or a relevant person associated with the property.

Inform the council of any of the following changes made since the licence was issued:-

  • Change to the contact details of the licence holder*
  • Change in managing agent or other party who is not the licence holder
  • Alterations or extensions to the property or changes to the available amenities
  • Change in the occupancy within property

*If the actual licence holder has changed you will need to request a revocation of the existing licence and submit a new application form.

We will inform you if any changes listed within this form will result in a different licence type being required for the property.
